“PLAY IS THE VITAL ESSENCE OF LIFE. IT IS WHAT MAKES LIFE LIVELY.”
-DR. STUART BROWN

Well-being Through Play, is a body and movement play practice that guides adults to reconnect to their own natural born rhythm while evoking joy, a sense of freedom, enlivening creative expression, fostering pro-social connections, and cultivating a more empathetic and compassionate society.

Caroline guides you through sun salutations warming up the spine, off-body and on-body hoop dance movements, hoop dance tricks and technique, hoop dance free flow, meditation, and reflection, while weaving in the elements of Air/Earth/Fire/Water/Space to metaphorically inspire self-expression through movement and flow.
